Heather Antoine is the founder of Antoine Law Group, APC.  Her practice is focused on the intersection between Internet law and intellectual property.  Heather obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and World Affairs with a concentration in the comparative studies of Africa and the Middle East from Occidental College in 2003.  She also received a minor in Women’s Studies and Gender Studies.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Whittier School of Law in 2006, where she was a recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and a Public Interest Law Foundation Grant.   While in law school, Heather was an active member and President of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board.  Heather also received a certificate in International and Comparative Law.

Heather has experience in a broad range of matters.  She has litigated cases in state and federal court and before the California Court of Appeal.  She has successfully handled trials, arbitrations, and mediations, as well as hundreds of depositions and law and motion hearings.
